JOB DESCRIPTION: As the Fulfillment Lead for our BrakeQuip division at AGS Company Automotive Solutions, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and accurate shipping of automotive aftermarket products to customers worldwide. In this role, you will handle all aspects of the shipping process, including picking, packing, and shipping tasks, meticulously preparing orders, and verifying their accuracy to meet customer specifications. Additionally, you will manage inventory, optimize shipping processes, and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
- Independently manage all aspects of the shipping process, including picking, packing, and shipping tasks.
- Verify order accuracy, completeness, and compliance with customer specifications.
- Safely operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) to move and stage materials.
- Utilize shipping software (UPS Worldship, FedEx Ship Manager, etc) to process shipments and maintain compliance.
- Conduct quality checks on outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and damage-free delivery.
- Perform cycle counting, stock replenishment, and inventory control.
- Optimize warehouse processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize shipping costs.
- Adhere to safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Support receiving, stocking, and cross-training efforts across warehouse operations.
- Collaborate with customer service, production, and supply chain teams to resolve order issues.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and team-based problem solving.
- Demonstrate company values in daily actions and decision-making.
- Pack items securely into appropriate containers, applying protective materials and labeling packages as needed.
- Utilize shipping software systems to generate shipping labels, track shipments, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and shipping standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the company’s objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment environment.
- Proficiency with shipping systems and warehouse management software.
- Valid forklift certification preferred (or ability to obtain).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
