Returns

If you are not satisfied with an item purchased from AGS Company, you may return the product within 90 days for a full refund or replacement, whichever you prefer. You must provide a copy of your packing slip/order with the item(s) listed. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable unless you received the wrong item or a damaged item.

All returns require a Return Authorization Number before they can be returned to AGS Company. Please contact Customer Service at 1-800-253-0403, Monday thru Friday 8am to 4pm (EST) to receive a Return Authorization Number. Please make sure to provide your name and order number and a brief description of the reason(s) for the return.

When returning an item for reasons other than that the item arrived damaged, the item must be unopened and in new condition.

Items that use flammable liquids or gases, or contain hazardous materials cannot be returned through the mail, due to safety hazards.
